Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original product packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our inspection team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
